CIT Registration

NOTE:

• In order for your application to be considered completed, both your registration AND application must be submitted in full.

• Please send in your registration as soon as possible. Our deadline for CIT registration is January 31, 2025. No refunds will be given after July 1, 2025. If you are paying by credit card, we are unable to refund your processing fee.

• Forms are due ASAP with the exception of the BSA Health and Medical Record in the case where, due to insurance regulations, the camper or leader cannot have their physical completed by July 1. In that case, please submit as soon as complete.

• After registration, you will receive a follow-up email with helpful links and additional information. If you do not see one come through, please check your spam folder.

2025 BSA POST MEMBERSHIP PACKETS*^
(NOTE: When filling out the age and grade of your camper, please enter the age/grade they will be/entering by August 1, 2024)

• 2025 BSA Post Membership Packet for CITs 18 years of age and older

MEDICAL FORMS^

• BSA Health & Medical Record (Required for all campers and leaders. Part C must be signed by physician).

• Medical Form Checklist (Use this when completing the BSA Health & Medical Record.)

• Medical Exemption Form (Complete if requesting an exemption from BSA vaccine & immunization requirement.)

ATV PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (AGES 14+)^

• All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Program Participation and Hold-Harmless Agreement

• ATV Safety Institute Online Course (Your certification must be emailed to campcoley@gmail.com upon completion)
