What to Pack

We have some great suggestions for what to pack for camp on the Getting Ready For Camp – Campers page.  Remember, even though camp is in August some mornings and evenings can get quite chilly.  Don’t forget to pack long pants, a jacket and sweatshirts.

Prior to Check In

• Any camper or CIT carpooling or driving themselves to camp must submit the completed Driving Permission form PRIOR to camp. Completed forms can be emailed to CampCOLEY@gmail.com.  
• All campers, CITs and leaders must submit the completed Medical Form.  Parts A, B and C need to be completed and signed by a doctor.

Check In and Check Out

• Check in time is 2 pm on Sunday August 5, 2012.  Check out is 10 am on Saturday August 11, 2012.
• All campers need to wear a bathing suit under their clothes and have a towel with them for the swim test.
• When checking in, please have your camper’s completed Information Form and Three Strikes Form. If your camper will be taking OTC medications at camp, please also bring the completed medication form.  The medication form must have a doctor’s signature. All three forms can be found here.
• Parents are to hand in all medications, in the original container, directly to the health officer before leaving camp.  Also, please be sure to pick up medication at the close of camp.  New Jersey State law mandates that all medication left at camp must be destroyed within three days and cannot be mailed.

It is best to either send just before they leave for camp or early in the camp week. Please be sure to include the site name.  The site name will be provided by the camper’s leader who will contact you about one week before the start of camp. Here is the mailing address
